How Payment Information Is Handled

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card or debit information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — it passes through Stripe's systems, not ours.

We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, expiry date, or CVV. We do not sell, rent, or share your payment information, address, or email with any third party for marketing purposes.

Why We Collect This Information

• Name and address — to ship your order
• Email — to send order confirmations and updates on your pre-order
• Payment info — to process your purchase (handled entirely by Stripe)

Who We Share Information With

We only share the minimum information necessary with the service providers required to fulfill your order — namely Stripe (payment processing) and shipping carriers (to deliver your package). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Data Retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and handle any related questions or disputes. If you'd like your information deleted after your order is complete, contact us and we'll accommodate where we're able to.

By placing an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian to make the purchase.

Pre-Orders

All merch listed on this site is currently pre-order only. Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and are produced/ordered after sufficient demand or payment is received. Estimated timelines, when provided, are estimates only and not guarantees. We'll do our best to keep you updated on delays via the email or contact info you provide.

Pricing & Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders due to unavailable inventory, or limit quantities per person. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll be refunded in full.

Returns & Refunds

Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, graphics, and branding on this site (including the Blacklist Society crest and name) are the property of Blacklist Society. You may not reproduce, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or to submit false or fraudulent order/payment information.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its merch are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacklist Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.
